We are very excited to offer our first ever Hero’s eXperience Overnight Camp at scenic CAL-Wood Education Center, located near James Town, CO. This will be THE MOST fun and exciting camp that we run this summer and we need at least 10 participants to run it. It will be more fun with more, so please call (303)447-1212 to get more information about the Overnight.

How to Use the On line Registration Process

New Users

1. Select First Time User and click continue.
2. Choose the state, season, type, and hours of program(s) that you are interested in.
3. Select the program(s) that you are interested in. To get a list of programs for your area in calendar format, click here.
4. Choose the financial option appropriate to the purchase you would like to make.
5. If you have chosen to purchase a summer camp and include The Complete Adventurer’s Package, fill in the information about your package. Otherwise skip this page.
6. Complete the information regarding your child; child’s mother or guardian; child’s father or guardian; alternate caregivers; emergency contacts; and medical providers. Please give as much information as possible, as this is the information we will use to place your child in an appropriate Quest Group and ensure your child’s safety and enjoyment while at camp.
7. This page confirms your order up to this point and offers a chance to add to your order; you can change the sessions that you have already registered for, add a new session for the same child, or register another child. You can also enter any applicable coupon codes.
   *Note: if you are eligible for a rebate, you will be contacted by our registration office. Rebate information is not yet available online; please contact our registration office for more information.
8. Fill out the my event sign up, billing information, and payment information. Read the waiver. In order to register your child for The Hero’s eXperience programs you must accept the waiver.
9. This will take you to a confirmation page. Look over the information to ensure that it is correct, and enjoy the rest of our website.

Returning Users

1. Log in to the registration system.
2. Select the Quester you would like to register or select “New Quester”
3. Choose the state, season, type, and hours of program(s) that you are interested in.
4. Select the program(s) that you are interested in. To get a list of programs for your area in calendar format, click here.
5. Choose the financial option appropriate to the purchase you would like to make.
6. If you have chosen to purchase a summer camp and include The Complete Adventurer’s Package, fill in the information about your package. Otherwise skip this page.
   *Note: information you have filled out in the past may not need to be re-entered. Please check the accuracy of sections that are already completed before moving on.
