XI is a Colorodo S-Corporation. We currently have approximatly 30,000 shares available at $10.00 per share and we want to sell them to parents who’s children have enjoyed and benefited from our program.

Why are we selling part of our company?

eXperience, Inc is engaged in a very agressive national expansion, attempting to bring this amazing program to children all over the United States. To help us fuel and sustain this effort, we are seeking investment from interested parties: specifically from parents who know of and believe in the value of this program.

Why is XI a good investment?

The program that we offer grew in the Boulder area an avarage of 30% annually for five years with NO ONE aggressively growing it. In 2004, it realized a gross income of over $300,000.00. Now, for the first time, a serious effort is being made to bring this program nation wide.

Most of the United States has NEVER heard of the Hero’s eXperience or Swashers. You can see for yourself, all over our website, pictures of the children who love our program and our Swasher toys. We believe that once this program enters the national marketplace, nothing will be able to stop it.

Who can invest?

While we are especially interested in working with parents, we are happy to talk to anyone who is interested in investing or just curious. Unfortunatly, we can currently only accept investment from accredited investors, defined by the State of Colorado as:

US citizens with an annual income of over $100,000.00 or
US citizens whos combined income with their spouse is over $150,000.00 or
US citizens with a net worth of over $1,000,000.00, including real estate and other assets.
